Frequently Asked Questions
-
The first step is reaching out to set up a complimentary intro call, which is 15-30 minutes via secure video. For couples, it is best if you can be in the same location with your partner for this call. We will talk about your needs and see if we are a good fit. If not, we can refer you to other highly qualified providers in the DMV.
-
After the intro call, if we are a good fit, we can set up an 80 minute couples assessment. After that, you'll each have an individual one-on-one session for 50 minutes, followed by weekly 50 minute appointments all together.
-
After the intro call, if we are a good fit, we can set up a 60 minute assessment. After that, we usually set up weekly 50 minute appointments.
-
In most cases, it's best to start with weekly appointments. This helps to establish rapport and build momentum. After a while, if you'd like to move to biweekly, we can talk about the options.
