I support individuals and couples who are exploring and navigating new sexual experiences/interests, polyamory, non-monogamy, relationship anarchy, kink and BDSM, sexual styles and preferences, sexual challenges, and effective communication around these topics.
I’m passionate about individuals and couples carving their own paths when it comes to sexual fulfillment, love, and relationships. I believe fulfillment in life comes from being comfortable with who you are and your sexual desires and expressions. I believe mastering the ability to communicate and cultivate fulfilling relationships supports overall growth and expression of your full potential.
I received my Master of Social Work from the University of Michigan in 2008, after graduating from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2006. I continue to expand my knowledge through couples and sex therapy-related trainings and conferences. Additionally, I consult with experts to ensure I provide the most effective therapy and create a supportive therapeutic atmosphere for my clients. I am supervised by Camille Espinoza, LCSW, and I am available to see clients in Virginia teletherapy or at our Tysons location.
